Refund Policy

This policy covers the Family Safety Plan, once available. Guides, the scam checker, the reporting page, the Scam Defense Workbook, accounts and the newsletter are free, so there is nothing to refund.

30-day refund

If the plan isn't useful, email hello@dimewisdom.com within 30 days of buying it and we'll refund it in full.

Billing mistakes and how refunds are paid

If you were charged incorrectly, we'll fix it, no matter how long ago it happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
